Welcome to Bookmark Cafe, a delightful hidden gem located inside the Largo Library at 120 Central Park Dr, Largo, FL. Far beyond the typical library fare, this cafe offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere perfect for grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely meal.

As you step into the serene setting, you'll be greeted not just by the aroma of freshly prepared food but also by the friendly faces of the staff, led by the ever-charismatic Nick. This isn’t just a snack bar; it’s a place where culinary creativity flourishes. Patrons rave about the extensive menu that features everything from wraps and sandwiches to delightful desserts that are sure to satisfy any palate.

For those seeking a hearty meal, don’t miss the Chicken Souvlaki, served on warm grilled pita and generously topped with homemade tzatziki, lettuce, tomato, and onions for a burst of flavor that is both satisfying and refreshing, priced at just $9.99. If you're in the mood for a comforting classic, the Grilled Cheese ($5.99) is taken to new heights—crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, it's a must-try for anyone who appreciates the simple joys of cafe life.

For a more unique offer, try the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, where tender chicken meets zesty buffalo sauce, balanced with fresh veggies and melted American cheese for a delightful kick, making it a popular choice at only $11.95. And if you’re looking to satisfy a sweet tooth afterward, their Chocolate Fudge Cake ($4.50) is exquisitely rich and decadent, creating the perfect ending to your meal.

This cafe has also garnered a loyal following due to its engaging community atmosphere. Customers like Adam describe the experience as "amazing," especially praising the scrumptious Chicken Souvlaki, while Corky McCarthy proposed Bookmark Cafe as home to “the best Cubans” in the county. Geraldine shared a glowing account of the corned beef Reuben wrap, served with coleslaw and chips, proving that this spot is ideal for families, friends, and solo visitors alike.

However, it’s worth noting that while many reviews highlight the delectable food offerings, some patrons, like Cece Hendersen, have suggested that adding alternative milk options for coffee would elevate the experience even further. Their commitment to improving customer satisfaction is evident, as they continue to welcome feedback with open arms.

With its unique blend of delectable menu items and an atmosphere that encourages relaxation, Bookmark Cafe has proven to be a fantastic stop for anyone visiting the library or just in search of good food in Largo. They have the best Cubans in the county.Better than some Cuban places I have been to. Their Lemon orzo soup is the best as well. The Greek dishes are authentic and hood as well. We highly recommend Bookmark cafe.

They do not have any alternative milks for their coffee. I am lactose intolerant. Doesn't seem super hard to have one single alternative. This is to inform others/suggest to the owner of the cafe to offer an alternative, so still giving 5 stars. I would get coffee from here every time I went to the library if they did.

My daughter and I shared a corned beef Reuben wrap it was out of this world it was served with a side of coleslaw a pickle and one bag of chips meeting that we had shared the sandwich I bought an additional bag of chips. I've had the corned beef Reuben there before but it wasn't a wrap it was on rye bread and that also was delicious. My husband was with us and he had a cheeseburger chips coleslaw also and all of us had drinks.

This is Largo's best kept secret! Real ice cream malts, potato skins, fried mushrooms, Reubens, smothered porkchops, nachos....the list is extensive and the variety is wide. This place is magical. Set inside the library, one would never know that this place is a real eatery, not just a snack shop. The proprietor, Nick, is just as friendly and helpful as you could hope and makes you feel...not just well served, (which you will be) but truly welcome. This place is a true gem and should be appreciated as such.

I went here with my two young daughters. The portions are extremely generous. The kids meal quesadilla made a picky 3 year old happy. My Italian was delicious, and you can tell it’s homemade. The man behind the counter, and the lady at the register were very nice! Highly recommended

You had me at lemon orzo soup! Amazing menu, totally beyond what you would ever expect from a library cafe. Nick is a master chef, and even his grilled cheese sandwich is phenomenal. Also, he sells treats that are in reach of a school kid's budget. During the school year, it can get noisy after school lets out. During the summer, it's more relaxed.
